Do you charge for deliveries?

It is £2.95 for standard shipping. If you place an order over £10, then you will receive FREE standard shipping.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to offer a 7 day return for exchange, not a refund unless the item is faulty. Any returned items must be returned in new condition, this includes the product packaging.  If you are returning an item because of an error on our behalf, we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred and associated with the transaction, otherwise all goods are returned at your own expense. Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us and we will issue you with a returns number. Goods returned without a returns number, may not be credited. This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

How long will my order take to arrive with me?

We make despatches Monday – Friday and in general orders should be despatched within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Standard shipping is between 3-5 working days. If you have a specific issue, please contact us via phone or email and quote your order number.  

Do you ship Internationally?

At this moment in the evolution of our website we are only shipping to mainland UK. We also have restrictions in place that limit certain products being sent to Northern Ireland. 

What payment methods do you accept?

All payment transactions are managed by OPAYO via their secure server and a copy of their privacy policy is included on our site.

Can I cancel an order?

Prior to its despatch an order can be cancelled. Once the order has been despatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned, subject to our terms and conditions.   

Why won’t my order go through?

If you are having issues with your transaction please contact our customer services team.

There was an error with my order what should I do?

In the first instance please contact our customer services team. If an item has been sent in error on our behalf, we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred and associated with the transaction, otherwise all goods are returned at your own expense. Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions.

Where are your products manufactured?

Being a member of the Alma F.R.C Group of companies gives use access to European manufacturing facilities, in conjunction with global sourcing and a wide well established manufacturing platform.
